Leadership Team

Sarah is originally from Wood River, Illinois. She first began working in assisted living communities at the age of 16 as a Dining Room Server, a job that sparked a lifelong passion for senior care. She has since held almost every position possible in assisted living communities. Sarah graduated with her bachelor's in Health Care Administration with a focus in gerontology from the University of Phoenix. When not at work, she loves to spend time with her husband, children, and dogs. Sarah loves the Chicago Cubs!

Lisa considers it a privilege to have worked in the healthcare industry for three decades. She has diverse experience in hospice and behavioral health, and has enjoyed her role as Director of Sales and Marketing for the last 20 years. Lisa is passionate about providing prospective residents and their families with the tools needed to make the best decisions for their future. Originally from Sandusky, Ohio, Lisa has called Mesa home for the last 40 years. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with her family and two dogs.

Jaclyn was born and raised in Vero Beach, Florida. Her background is in nursing, where she has more than ten years of experience. It was working as a nurse in a senior living community where Jaclyn first discovered her passion for working with older adults. With Legacy, Jaclyn has changed her focus to sales and marketing. She feels her experience in nursing allows her to best serve residents and their families. Jaclyn is excited to embrace Legacy's Personal Touch Culture and truly serve you like family.

Angela was born in Mexico but is an Arizona native at heart. Her career in the senior living industry began as a Dining Room Server over seven years ago. Since then, she has also worked as a chef and receptionist. She is thrilled to be the Resident Services Director at Legacy Village, as it allows her to build lasting relationships with residents and their families. To Angela, her residents truly become her family. In her free time, Angela loves spending time with her partner, two children, and pet birds.

Steven was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. His career in senior living began in 2013 as a receptionist, where he developed a passion for the industry. He attended the Avalon School of Cosmetology, but discovered his heart was in senior living. Steven is excited to get to know and serve the residents and associates of Legacy Village of Salt River. He values the opportunity to connect with everyone he meets. When not at work, Steven enjoys traveling and exploring the world with his spouse.

Robin is thrilled to be a part of the Legacy community. Born and raised in Arizona, she has an extensive background in theatre, teaching, and costuming. She is excited to bring her experience in the performing arts into the recreational programming for Legacy Village! She loves serving others and has known since she was young that working with people is her passion. She loves to be creative, plan events, and have fun with residents. Robin is married to her high school sweetheart and loves to spend time with her family.

Isidor was born on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, and studied business administration at the University of Costa Rica. He moved to the US in 1981, where he worked in the construction industry for many years. In 2007, Isidor took a position as a Maintenance Supervisor at a senior living community, a job that was the start of a beautiful journey for him. Working with seniors has given Isidor purpose, something he says he would have never found if he had stayed in Costa Rica. Isidor is a proud husband, father, and grandfather.
